    Itinerary of the Sahara Tour from Fes to Marrakech

    Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar forest- Midelt – Ziz valley – Merzouga

    Welcome to the exciting Sahara Tour from Fes to Marrakech! Just like usual, we’ll pick you up from your place in Fes. Our first stop is Imouzzer, and then we’ll head to Ifrane. It’s a special city known for its cold weather and beautiful houses that look like those in Switzerland.

    Next, we’ll visit a cedar forest where you can feed friendly monkeys and explore the forest. After that, we’ll have lunch in Midelt and continue our journey, passing through Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and the Ziz Valley. Along the way, we’ll take breaks to enjoy the stunning views.

    In the late afternoon, we’ll reach Merzouga, an amazing desert. Here, you’ll have the chance to ride a camel and explore the sand dunes. We’ll take a break to watch the breathtaking sunset from a tall dune. Finally, we’ll arrive at the camp, which has both traditional nomadic tents and comfy places to stay.

    In the evening, we’ll enjoy the enchanting atmosphere at the camp. We’ll dance around the bonfire, listen to the rhythmic beats of Berber drums, and gaze at the stars in the night sky. After a day full of adventures, we’ll have a tasty dinner and a peaceful overnight stay at the desert camp. It’s going to be an unforgettable experience!

    Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Todgha gorges – Dades valley

    After we have breakfast, we’ll head to Rissani Town and explore its market. Then, we’ll go to Erfoud, where we can visit a special workshop where they create beautiful things from fossilized marble. After that, we’ll pass through palm fields in Touroug and Tinjdad before reaching Todra Gorges.

    Next, we’ll continue our adventure to the Dades Valley and go through Boumalne Dades. We’ll also make a stop at a unique rock formation called “Monkey Fingers,” which offers stunning views of the Dades Valley.

    At the end of the day, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and stay comfortably overnight in a cozy hotel.

    Day 3: Dades Valley – Roses Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

    On the final day of our Sahara Tour from Fes to Marrakech, we’ll travel to Kalaa Magouna to visit the Rose Valley. In May, they have a special Rose Festival there, where locals display various rose-related items like perfumes, rose water, oils, and cosmetics.

    Later, we’ll explore Skoura’s palm groves and then reach Ouarzazate. At Ouarzazate, we’ll stop at one of the biggest film studios in the world called Atlas Studios. It’s also been featured in popular movies and TV series, such as Game of Thrones.
